The purpose of this website is to serve as a hub for the distribution of software and educational tools related to the biophysical techniques developed in the Laboratory of Dynamics of Macromolecular Assembly at the National Institute of Biomedical Imaging and Bioengineering. Examples include computational approaches for analytical ultracentrifugation embedded in the software SEDFIT, strategies for unbiased baseline estimation in titration calorimetry in the software NITPIC, and determination of affinity distributions of immobilized surface sites in the software EVILFIT, and the global multi-method analysis software SEDPHAT. The software can be freely downloaded and its origin referenced in the literature. This is accompanied by supporting educational material, including protocols for experiments and data analysis, instructional videos, and workshop announcements.
